We ship authentic Geek Bar disposable vapes and related accessories to approved regions only. Orders are fulfilled from our primary distribution centers and processed in real-time to ensure the freshest inventory possible.
Shipping Days

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed before 12 PM (noon local warehouse time) typically ship the same day.

Orders placed after cutoff will be processed the next business day.

All orders ship with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Wholesale orders are not eligible for free shipping unless specified in your bulk agreement.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to evolving vape regulations, we cannot ship to certain locations.
Age Restrictions
You must be 18+ or 21+ (depending on region) to purchase and receive vape products. We verify age at checkout and may request ID upon delivery.
Prohibited Shipping Regions

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
We do our part to pack and dispatch accurately, but once an order is with the carrier, transit issues may occur. Here’s how we handle them:

Delayed Delivery

Returns Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Ineligible Returns

All returns must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
How to Request a Return

Ship It Back: You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong product or strength:

Return the unopened item as per above.

Place a new order for the correct item.

We’ll refund the original product once received.
This policy helps us maintain accurate inventory and avoid cross-contamination of returned disposables.
Damaged or Defective Products
While rare, a small percentage of disposables may malfunction due to battery or coil issues. We honor replacements under the following conditions:

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

Submit a video or photos clearly showing the defect

The device must be unused or barely used (first use failures only)
We do not replace products damaged after delivery due to drops, improper storage, or user error.
Refunds and Processing Time

Refunds may be partial in cases where packaging is missing or product shows signs of use.
Cancellations

Bulk orders are not eligible for return unless items are defective, mispacked, or damaged in transit. All wholesale shipping discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Product Authenticity Guarantee
Every product we ship is guaranteed authentic and traceable to our licensed distribution channels. If you believe you’ve received a counterfeit, tampered, or cloned Geek Bar device:

Include the security code or scratch label (if applicable)

We will investigate and replace verified counterfeits, or escalate to Geek Bar directly
We take counterfeits seriously and so should you.
